THE PROGRAMME

The Sãe Collaborator Programme brings together movers, teachers, creators and storytellers whose perspective naturally aligns with Sãe.

FIRST ORDER
AED 400+ ORDERS

Participation is subject to approval by Sãe.
Participation is non-exclusive.
There is no minimum posting requirement.
Collaborators must represent Sãe accurately and appropriately.

Each collaborator receives a unique affiliate link and/or customer code.
These are used to attribute eligible purchases to your collaborator account.

Customers introduced through your collaborator link/code receive:

10% OFF their first qualifying attributed order.

Minimum qualifying order: AED 400
The offer is limited to one use per customer.
The offer cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated by Sãe.

Collaborators earn 10% commission on eligible attributed orders of AED 400+.
Commission is calculated on eligible product value after discounts, excluding shipping and applicable taxes.

Commission is not payable on purchases that are returned, cancelled or refunded.
Commission associated with such orders may be cancelled or reversed.

Commission is reviewed once the applicable returns period has passed.
Approved commission is paid monthly, no later than 40 days from the qualifying order.
Collaborators are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information.

From time to time, Sãe may invite collaborators to participate in:

CONTENT OPPORTUNITIES

These opportunities are discretionary and are not guaranteed as part of the Collaborator Programme.

Collaborators are responsible for clearly disclosing their relationship with Sãe where required.
This includes appropriate disclosure of affiliate links, gifted products and paid partnerships.
Content must comply with applicable laws and the advertising/disclosure rules of the platform on which it is published.

Affiliate links and codes must not be used for:

Self-referrals
Fraudulent transactions
Misleading promotion
Unauthorised advertising
Other misuse of the programme

Sãe reserves the right to reject, cancel or reverse commission associated with fraud, misuse or ineligible transactions.

Either Sãe or the collaborator may end participation in the programme by giving 7 days' notice.
Eligible commission earned before the termination date remains payable in accordance with these terms, including the applicable returns and cancellation provisions.

Sãe may update the programme and these terms from time to time.
Collaborators will be notified of material changes affecting their participation.
Changes will not retrospectively reduce commission already validly earned under the terms applicable at the time.
