Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your order as it moves toward you.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Shipping cost and delivery time will be calculated at checkout, based on location.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags attached.

A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are complimentary within the UAE. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll send the new piece to you.

Refunds

Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days.
