Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched. International delivery may occasionally take longer due to customs clearance, public holidays or local delivery conditions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your Sãe pieces. If something isn’t quite right, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging.

Return Fees

UAE: AED 25
GCC: AED 50
UK, Europe, US & APAC: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Where Sãe provides a return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

UAE exchanges are complimentary for the first exchange.

For international orders, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size or style.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order originally qualified for complimentary shipping, the original shipping cost will not be deducted from your refund.

Defects & Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at info@saeactive.com within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll arrange the return and cover the associated shipping costs.
