Returns

1. Enter Your Details
Use the Return Portal below to enter your order number and email address.

2. Select Your Item(s)
Choose the item(s) you'd like to return.

3. Arrange Your Return Shipping

UAE Orders: No label is needed. We'll arrange collection with our courier, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

International Orders: We can arrange your return with our courier at the same rate you paid for delivery. Email us at info@saeactive.com with your order number to set this up. You're also welcome to use a tracked courier of your choice, at your own cost.

4. Send Your Return
Pack your item(s) securely and hand them to the courier. Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we'll process your refund.

Exchanges

Prefer a new size or colour? Your first exchange within the UAE is complimentary.

To request an exchange, email us at info@saeactive.com with your order number and the size or colour you'd like. Exchanges can't be started through the Return Portal.

We'll send your new item once the original has been returned and approved. Further exchanges, and exchanges outside the UAE, are charged at the cost of shipping.

Return Conditions

To protect the integrity of our collection, items must be:
• unused and unworn
• free from marks, scent or wash/use
• returned with original tags attached

Returns and exchanges must be started within 14 days of delivery.

Items labelled Final Sale can't be returned for a refund.

Original shipping fees, return shipping costs, duties and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund, minus the return shipping cost, is issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Cash-on-delivery orders will be refunded as store credit.
