Returns
If something isn’t quite right, starting a return or exchange is straightforward. Follow the steps below — we’ll take care of the rest.
How to Start
1. Enter Your Details
Use the Return Portal below to enter your order number and email address.
2. Select Your Item(s)
Choose whether you’d like to return or exchange each item.
3. Generate Your Label
UAE Orders:
A pre-paid returns label will be issued. The return fee will be deducted from your refund.
International Orders:
Please follow the instructions provided and return your item(s) using a tracked courier of your choice.
4. Send Your Return
Drop your package at the courier or schedule a pickup. Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we’ll process your refund or dispatch your exchange.
Return Conditions
To protect the integrity of our collection, items must be:
• unused and unworn
• free from marks, scent or wash/use
• returned with original tags attached
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Items labelled Final Sale are not eligible for refund.
Shipping fees, duties and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Prefer a new size or colour? Select “Exchange” in the portal and follow the steps.
Exchanges within the UAE are complimentary once the original item is returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Cash-on-delivery orders will be refunded as store credit.
