Orders And Shipping

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your size and colour, then click Add to Bag. Proceed to checkout, enter your billing & shipping details, confirm payment, and you’ll receive an order confirmation via email.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer Next-day delivery in the UAE for orders placed before 1:00pm GST Monday - Friday. For UAE orders over AED400, shipping is free. and internationally. For UAE orders over AED XXX, standard shipping is free. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey until it lands at your door.

What happens if I’m not home to receive the delivery?

If no one is present at the delivery address, the courier may leave a card or take your package to a nearby access point. You’ll receive instructions via your tracking link.

Returns, Exchanges And Cancellations

What’s your returns & exchange policy?

We accept unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping). Prefer a different size or colour? Select Exchange in the portal, and we’ll send your replacement once we receive your original item.

How do I start a return?

Visit our Start a Return page, enter your order number, select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and follow the instructions. Once inspected, you’ll receive confirmation.

Can I cancel or modify my order after checkout?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to amend or cancel it. Please email info@saeactive.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Sizing And Products

How do I know which size to choose?

Visit our Size Guide for detailed measurements. Our core collection fits true to size. If you’re between sizes and prefer a snug fit, we recommend sizing down.

What fabrics do you use?

We use premium fabrics engineered for movement, softness and longevity. Explore our Fabric Guide to learn how each material supports comfort and performance.

Will the colour on my screen match the real item?

We aim to display colours accurately; slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

How do I create an account?

Click Account in the navigation and select Register. Creating an account lets you track orders, view past purchases and save favourites.

What is a Wishlist?

Save the pieces you love by clicking the heart icon on any product. Return to your Wishlist anytime when you’re ready.
